As a physical therapist, I have witnessed how the sense of balance in our lives becomes disrupted by pain, illness, transitions, stress, lifestyle choices, difficult relationships, and more. In addition, we live in a world that makes living a balanced life challenging.
I aspire to embody balance in my life physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically. When I am able to do this, I breathe easily -- metaphorically and literally. I have greater ease in the face of challenges and I experience deeper joy.
Practicing yoga-- postures, meditation, breath practices, and mantra-- has been transformative in my journey towards living a more balanced life and it is my passion to share yoga and its therapeutic benefits with others.
Using the tools of yoga therapy, informed by my knowledge and experience as a physical therapist, I strive to facilitate healing and empower my clients to optimize their health and well-being so they too can live with greater ease and deeper joy.
